Ainda que beirem ao extremo da indignação, casos absurdos do cotidiano brasileiro se repetem diante da generalizada apatia dos representantes públicos. Com raras exceções, os poderes se mostram envoltos pela morosidade, a prática torta e o distanciamento cada vez maior no que se refere às expectativas do cidadão. A balança é viciada e faltam justificativas para tantos desenganos. Em razão dessa série de irregularidades, a Rede de Comunidades e Movimentos contra a Violência entregará, amanhã, ao Ministério Público do Rio, através do procurador-geral de Justiça, Cláudio Soares Lopes, e do subprocurador de Direitos Humanos, Leonardo Chaves, um documento no qual são feitas denúncias e críticas de recentes decisões judiciais que puseram em liberdade vários militares e policiais, que estão sendo investigados ou mesmo já foram condenados por crimes de homicídio.
